Event Production Manager

High quality concepts, presenting budgets and meeting client expectations is crucial to the kind of experience that fans and sponsors have at the festival. We are looking out for someone who can significantly contribute in idea generation, can ensure on-time execution of production across projects and maintain relationships with clients. 



Receiving briefs from branded projects head / sales - 

  • Churning out ideas for production to assist with overall pitch. 
  • Work out budgets with financial controller & production head. 
  • Once business is confirmed, work with clients and the OML servicing team to chart out a timeline leading up to the show.
  • Confirm element list with clients within approved budget. 
  • Assist client servicing teams on venue recces with clients. 
  • Work on post-event feedback report for OML along with PNL calculation. 
  • Sourcing of new vendors. Awareness of market reality with vendors is key.

Who should apply?

Work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience (Event production and working with brands - planning phase and on ground)  

Must have worked in event production and worked with brands both on ground and during the event planning phase leading up to show day. Multi tasking is extremely important as the person selected will need to deal with vendors, brands, designers, marketing & ticketing teams.
